I have been waiting for six months to receive my security deposit. It is extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone. The actual apartment was nice, but I will never rent there again because of the situation withy security deposit.

I dont even live here however a friend of mine does. She has a nice, clean and spacious two bedroom at the Newark location so I thought I might try. Getting in contact with these people have been hell. I have sent numerous emails, called and left numerous voicemails. No call back, no email back just no regard. Now that I read the reviews and I see not one good one, I am glad! Lol guess my friend got lucky but Im glad I didnt get a response now. Probably saw my name and associated it with a black woman and said hell no well guess what I am black! And your agency is disgusting if youre doing that with horrible client service

I live here and these people are the worst company Ive ever dealt with when it comes to renting. We are teachers and yet we get treated like trash. Even when you are extremely sick in bed they make you go out and give them money. They dont work with you at all. Yet Ive put in a request to have my outlets fixed and it still has not been done. The first night I moved in I suffered from gas poisoning. The fire and ambulance was called and then I had to call PSEG to come out and 3 weeks later found a leak in my stove. I had been inhaling this for 3 weeks suffered very bad headaches and nausea. The noise here on Saturdays is horrendous, they have street parties which start at 8am and go til 10pm and your windows shake and you cant hear your tv. Theres no peaceful living here not to mention the weed smoke that reeks through the halls is awful. Im a severe asthmatic. We had a renter attacked by two random women in the building and I was verbally attacked by a man coming into my building. I cant believe they charge as much as they do for conditions such as these and a company who doesnt care about anything but money and not the conditions of their property. They also need to have some compassion for people who are very ill. I put a complaint in about the noise and they came back saying it was resolved but it is not. They also came back saying they fixed my power point and they did not.
