Ive been living in an apartment managed by VIVO management for three years now my first two years have been great. However, they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES THEY NEVER COME OUT TO DO ANY REPAIRS. THEY ARENT PROFESSIONAL WHEN COMMUNICATION IS INVOLVED. Ive been having trouble with neighbors, they arent available to answer their phone my walls are leaking water they arent available to answer theyre phone. My neighbor and I had a sewage flood inside our apartment and they were available to be contacted when that happened. Theyre just horrible but thats because management changed over the years. I would not recommend VIVO management to ANYONE

Wow... Vivo Management... I have so much to say... But, If i had to summarize Vivo in one word, that word would be EXCELLENCE! I have been a tenant with Vivo for two years and, I am approaching year # 3. The Vivo Management team are not only professional, but are also passionate about the safety of it's residents. Vivio is also fair and are rapid in adhering to it's resident's concerns, maintenance requests and other tenant issues, towards providing the best Vivo residential experience. So, if your currently looking for great service, as well as an attractive apartment, I highly recommend Vivo Management for you and your family and, tell them Aaron Green sent ya! lol... =-)
