        Terrible mechanics this shop jumped my battery from the back when it was already fully charged and blew out all my computer modules to my car rudy didnt wanna acknowledge what you he did and was kicked out by the lady in front desk after taking my money my car is driving 5x worse than when it came in. They also did not change the oil filter in my last two oil change with them causing a leaking in my oil filter housing please go somewhere else SAVE YOUR BMW

        I wanted to wait a while before I wrote my review..Its been about 3 months since this shop did major work on my 2011 BMW 328i and Im happy to say how satisfied I am with the work done! My car is running smooth. The shop owner know his stuff! And they work with you! Save me time and $. Im glad I went with my instincts instead of the previous reviews. I highly recommend!! Service: General repairs & maintenance

        DO NOT IGNORE THESE STARS. I READ OTHERS REVIEWS AND IGNORED THEM. DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE I brought my 528xi for maintenance twice. For the 2nd service (front end repair) I was told by Rudy to bring the car back because they had to order the bushings. I returned the car for the predetermined repair but was told by the female in the office that it doesn't need bushings and was charged an additional $200 for a diagnostic fee. Even though I was previously there and was only returning to finish the job that was already fill paid. over $1500 Service: General repairs & maintenance

        I've been going to this shop for almost 5 years, and I have not been disappointed once. The mechanics are diligent and the owner, Rudy, is easy-going and reasonable. My family and I have brought multiple cars to this shop, and they are always spot on with identifying the issues. Highly recommend. Good people here.

      Hi John Baptise. At Belmont Motor Works the company upholds the values of integrity and honesty. The car has not been to the facility previous other than the initial visit. The car arrived to the initial visit with a boost pack on the battery driven in. The battery voltage level was low because the alternator was draining the battery. The office provided you with the diagnostic report of the paper work to indicate the failure. Belmont Motor Works charged the battery free of charge and diagnosed the vehicle further . A quote was provided to the customer for parts and labor. The customer declined to repair the vehicle fully . He did repair a few of suggested mechanical damages. The car is about 20 years old which explains the wear and tear of the concerns presented. Rudy is always grateful and appreciative of new and returning customers. It is unfortunate that the car is operating unusual but please be honest in your review. This review serves as a form of deformation of character. I wish you the best of luck with your vehicle.

      Sorry about the mis understanding . We replaced your transmission and performed a transmission service . You needed front struts which you took for repairs somewhere else . Repairs were done almost 8 months ago so we had to reinspect your vehicle because we were getting conflicting information about what was done to the car that was not in any of our records . Please understand this is what we do for a living and our expertise and time has to be compensated for . You have the diagnostic report if you decide to proceed with the repairs that $200 will be deducted from your repairs
