FlatRate Moving

Used this company to move furniture from a home to a storage unit. They movers were nice when picking up the items…then the trouble began. Days went by with no communication as to when they would deliver the furniture. Finally received a delivery, and many furniture items were badly damaged. Ive been trying to file a claim for 4 months with no luck.. they dont respond to emails or calls. I’ve basically been ghosted! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Job# E3764441 Buyer beware, they lost several items and we have been waiting for months to receive any updates, the missing items or a clear path to solving the issue.  They lost legs to two tables and a Gary Fisher mountain bike.  Not small items, and should have been easy to track.  Now we have two useless tables and I am out a really nice bike. Please be careful using these guys. They were hired to clear out a storage unit.  Did a great job getting everything out by 10pm.  Turn around to delivery was reasonable and overall experience was good.  All was good until we started finding items missing.  Nothing has been recovered, no solutions and delays on resolving the problem.  I would NOT recommend using this company.

The team were absolutely awesome. Great attitude, kept everyone's spirits up while going through the move. They made it as stress free as possible and were very careful and professional with our belongings. By the end of the day they felt like family! Highly recommended!
