Im a tenant in their building. They keep the building clean. They always get back to me if there is an issue. This is a company you should be dealing with if you want to rent a unit in Essex county. Perfect customer service.

I have been a tenant in a building this company manages for more than two years and have been very happy with the quality of service I have received so far. The process for paying my rent for the apartment was simple and I was handled with courtesy. Throughout my stay so far I have had to make minor repairs in certain areas of my apartment – through no fault of theirs – and each time the management has been prompt with making the right people available to handle the situation. In the weeks following the repairs they called me up several times to find out if there were any issues with the work carried out. The building is properly maintained and taken care of from my observation and I have had no cause to regret taking up an apartment in this building. They have been very professional to say the least.
