        Very unprofessional office! I had major complications with them and when I needed to get in contact with the owner, Flavia, she would always be in a meeting or busy and never return my calls to address my concerns. I would not recommend you give any of your personal information to this agency. They are dishonest people and I do not trust them.

        Excellent service from Flavia. We were in and out of her office fast and the surplus I received on my refund compared to doing it on TurboTax was totally worth the tax prep fee. I will be coming back every year! Flavia is great as they speak many different languages including Portuguese, Spanish and English!
