Made the appointment in advanced, took work off to come to my appointment, drove an hour here and was 10 minutes early to my appointment but only to find out that the office is closed during their business hour. No notice No phone call no email to tell me that my appointment is rescheduled. Also the environment is ridiculous, it does not feel safe around, all stores are closed at like 5pm, people loitering, I saw through the glass and saw the wall inside is broken down lol

Shes rude and lazy. She does not care about her patients. SB I dont think she likes blk ppl!!! She just wants to make money.

She is truly a horrible doctor refuses to do any type of paperwork correctly and then sends you to unclean bloodwork centers that are not in the safest neighborhoods.

No one would EVER choose this place. Supposed to open at 9, receptionist open the door at 9:30 and the one and only doctor comes at 10 slowly without apologies. Always go somewhere nice for medical service. This place is like a joke Unbelievably unprofessional and sanity here is truly a huge concern. Just pay a little bit more and choose somewhere much nicer. You deserve better service and better professional care

Whenever you want to see a doctor, or you need to get the paperwork done, go find somewhere else. Please read other reviews before making bad decision of visiting here and ruin your day. Serena Lee is the worst doctor you can see on earth, and you will NEVER get anything done right here.
