        Les Miserables (The Miserable) Front desk staff are terrible and miserable except for Ms. Rosa. Too bad I only met her once the day before I checked out. I don't get why the attitude and general "I really don't care" outlook when they are there to do their job. Housekeeping is fine. Location is fine but you'll need a car or Uber Eats for food. Def. stay at the Hilton next door if you can, but the rates are HI are the best in the area and with IHG Elite, I guess it's the choice for some like me. (No free breakfast though since losing Diamond this year) My advice - check in, check out and lock yourself in the room during your stay or go out all day and return only at night.

        Awful people! My husband called them to confirm a reservation he had made through Priceline, and they told him that his room was cancelled because someone with the same name had an altercation there 2 years ago! My husband lives in Colo-freaking-rado and has never set foot there! Let alone how absurdly common his first and last name is! He tried to get a hold of the manager, but now they're not even answering his phone calls! Spend your money elsewhere!

        Rooms: Clean and comfortable Noteworthy details: Nothing against the hotel but the roads to the hotel are horrible. Huge pot holes and city is dirty and grungy
