I'm so disappointed! I honestly don't even know where to start...
1. The place is very unsafe due to the location and that can be seen with the naked eye as soon as you arrive you can find people hanging around the area and people asking you for change to the point of harassing you.
2. The employees have a terrible attitude and are not where they should be... I literally ordered through the app, my order was already processed and paid, I just needed to pick it up, I arrived at the establishment and the person serving at the drive-thr was not there. I proceeded to approach the window and oh surprise... it was not there... I proceeded to approach the second window and the lady who was serving made me wait 5 minutes until she deigned to open the window for me and ask me what I needed to explain to her. my situation and that he just wanted my order and told me that I had to go to the back window. I explained to him that there was no one and he responded and what he wants me to do is that I have to go back. ... I went back waiting for more than 15 minutes until the person at the drive-thr deigned to appear. I wonder what happened without even opening the window... using signs as if I were mute, I showed him my phone on the Macdonalds app and he pointed to the front as if nothing had happened, wanting to tell me to go to the front window... I went back and this time they already had my order ready, I proceeded to ask the lady who was serving for ketchup and mayonnaise and she looked at me blankly. derogatory way....it was definitely one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a macdonalds....
After my previous reasons I can't understand why they offer a 24 hour service.... well they should close it... anyway I will make sure to never spend a single cent in this restaurant again!!!
