I had a super bad experience here. They advertise themselves as a cleaners that do tailoring and alterations. I went to have a child's coat repaired. A simple repair that was to close a tare from under the arm of the coat. They said they couldn't do it. I asked to have the sleeves to my blazer shortened, they said they couldn't do it. I asked to have the zipper repaired on 3 zip-up goodies. Guess what? They do that, but didn't do it. Here I am, I paid for what I thought was having 3 zippers fixed and they did nothing. I drove 17 minutes away from my home, past other cleaners who I found out could do the jobs I asked this place to do all for nothing. I would not go here ever again and I would advise against going here. Find a local cleaners that's a small mom and pop spot and go there. Value Act Cleaners is a waste of time.
