I've been to several different physical therapy places over the last 30 years and Advanced Injury Care is one of my favorites. I love how this place (Julie.....) believes in a personal approach. In most physical therapy (PT) facilities, I have to set up my weights, exercises, tools, etc. myself. At this place, the assistant does that and you are watched (and instructed when necessary) to ensure exercises are being done correctly. Also, the assistant puts back all the equipment in its rightful place. The place looks clean and organized and does not have the "romper room feel" of most PT facilities.
Manual manipulations and massage are performed by the PT person (Julie or Gill) and that person takes their time. I never felt like I was on a conveyor belt being rolled out the door for a few seconds of manual manipulation and massage as is typical in other facilities. In addition, people are not overbooked, so I felt paid attention to as a patient.
If my insurance is accepted and I need PT in the future, I'm definitely going back here. They perform PT with a personal touch!
