RACIST!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I just moved here and asked to cash my paycheck. My job payroll banks wth this bank so I knew I could go in and cash my check and maybe pay a fee to do so. I just moved to town and have a MD state ID but it is valid because it is not expired. The guy tells me my ID is not valid and I explain to him I jus moved here and it's not expired. Then he tells mey.check.had no watermark.grated I'm used to direct deposit so idk bank terminology so I say ok let me call my job. My boss is on the phone and the woman next to him says that they can't just talk to someone over the phone. Now the last time I check u can call a job t verify a check soon.... Anyway I as to speak to a manger and then the guy comes out and says that the manager is in a meeting and can't come talk to me for 2 hours. Obviously I left. Went to another citizens bank and they gave me NO problems. Didn't even blink at my ID and I got my check cashed racial profiling at its finest smh. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. Not t.mention the lady took 2 customers and when I came to talk to her all of a sudden she was closed. All racists. They better be lucky I don't use them. Still thinking about it honestly. The disrespect was out of this world
