I was planning on stopping in to take out some cash at the ATM 8:40 AM on a Tuesday morning on my way to work.
2 dudes in that lobby looking like theyre on drugs, guy on the left ATM complaining he cant get into his bank, yea how safe is this really??
I work across the street, they really cant have security guards right there in the morning? Felt like a scheme like I was about to be jumped, I didnt even bother getting into my bank, nobody should feel that unsafe man

I have an appointment at 10am because I tried to link my new chase bank card to Google Pay, but was unsuccessful. There were 2 different phone numbers listed in my account, but they weren't mine. I couldn't verify the account. I walked in 7 minutes early to the appointment. Every staff member was rude. The security guard looked like she wanted to tackle me when I told her I had an appointment. When you walk into a business you have money in, you want to feel welcomed not threatened. I have an appointment and I'm not a walk in. I like to be treated nicely. Staff is rude. I don't feel comfortable. Don't do business here.
