      image Chartway seems like a good place to bank until you actually need assistance from them. One of the most negligent companies ever. You cant do normal things other apps are able to do. You cant even view your own damn debit card number! They ask for your full social over the phone then say we cant give you that information for security purposes like excuse me?? I just needed a simple thing. Closing this account asap

      image I got approved for a car loan through Chartway about 4 months ago and every little task has been tedious and unnecessary. They have so many little processes for one small task. I have had several car loans and this is by far the worst company, so much so that I am considering refinancing just so I don't have to deal with them anymore.
