Where to start?! This place has serious structural issues and has sketchy residents. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a building-wide fire alarm and had to flee for our lives. The only explanation we received was it was a wiring issue. I wouldnt recommend anyone with children or single women live here. Strange men walk the halls at night and vicious dogs live in the building (off leash). Try complaining about any of this to management, if you can find them, the management company uses a fake address.

Not luxury at all, that is a joke. If I could give zero stars I would. The moldings and trimming were not finished, the paint used was easily stained before move in. No insulation between apartments, you could constantly hear your neighbors through the walls and floors. Our downstairs neighbors constantly told us they heard us walking in heels at 2 am all of the time - during a pandemic where we never wore shoes in the apartment ever. However that didnt stop that neighbor from playing hard techno where the bass shook my floors. They have dog breeds that arent allowed but a 160 lb cane corso was, and when myself and 30 lb dog were attacked by said cane corso (oh yeah my dog died from the attack) the building manager did absolutely nothing. I will never get back the two years of my life that were absolutely shattered by living in this apartment building. 0/10 would NOT recommend. Only upside was the building super Fabian and his helper Wannaly, they were the only saving grace to this place.

Signing a lease here was one of the worst mistakes Ive ever made..the unit I was promised was not the unit I had less than 6 months after being there. From a bird somehow getting into my unit, people going in my unit without my permission, the garage not working, my parking spot being moved and the elevator not working to an entire new building being built feet away from my unit and blocking my entire view (which is what I was paying for partly) with no notice during the global pandemic, the list of reasons no one should ever move here can go on and on. If you love your pet, this place is definitely a no-no. Two dogs got into a fight in the hall and left blood that took the maintenance workers days to cover up.
