I'm living in this building for the past 2 years. I love it! Close to train, easy commute to city. Best of all at the end of the day I can relax and enjoy my favorite glass of wine on the beautiful roof top with 360 views !! Superb living at its best.

Very nice building in very convenient location, lots of stores, bakeries and supermarkets near by, plus Newark penn station just minutes away at walking distance. That's a dream.

I'm moving to Newark in late July/early August and randomly found this property online. Strike 1: There's no price information on the website. Strike 2: The phone number on the website is not in service. Strikes 3-infinity: When I managed to find a good number, the man who answered didn't seem interested in helping at all. When I said I wanted price information for 60 Elm, he said there were no units currently available. (Okay, but that's not what I asked you though!) When I explained that per the website, there were units coming available 7/19/22, he said there's a waitlist. (Again, I'm not moving until late July/early August so things may change by then and furthermore, what's the harm in giving me basic price info?) I asked for the price range again and he FINALLY told me. (1 bdr starts around $2500) Lastly, I advised him that the phone number on the website is not in service, to which he replied that he was aware and that the website needs to be updated. (It can't be that difficult to update the phone number on a website, why are you choosing to make potential customers hunt for a number to contact you at?) Anyhoo, I took them off my list of apartments to be considered because the level of unprofessionalism I encountered on this call is a red flag for me.
