Kathryn is an extremely thorough and enthusiastic realtor. She helped me over the course of a few years, first when I was looking for a home in NJ and then she helped me decide what renovations do as I was preparing to sell my place in Highlands later on. Her help was awesome. She even found me a realtor in another state as I moved to the mountains, Id recommend her to anyone. Shes smart and gets it done. She will not let you have unrealistic expectations, which is really big when it comes to working with realtors, you hire them for their expertise. Cant thank her enough, glad to have gotten to known her . She smoothed out all sorts of rough spots in the process, including dealing with wacky neighbors and finding a decent moving company.

Kathryn is so professional and knowledgeable. She kept us informed through the entire process of listing and selling our home. The photographer she used is incredible. Kathryn also helped us stage our house and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results. I can't recommend her enough.
