We liked Dr Minh-Tu Do the first time we met him. Unfortunately, he violated HIPAA laws and released protected health information. He was reported. On a later visit to RWJUH he then retaliate against the patient. He discarded pertinent medical information and advised his resident at RWJUH in New Brunswick to falsify medical records creating a very unsafe environment for the patient. If you happen to have this provider, please pay attention to what is happening with your child.

The purpose of an appointment is to be on time or a short wait. I had make an appointment and pre registered, was there 15mins earlier and pay my copay. We waited 2hour and 6mins to be seen by a doctor. I understand sometime its out of control on how long a patient Will take. Im sure they have an idea it will be a lot longer than they expected, they could had advise me there is a longer delay and give me an option to wait in my car or come back. I have major back problems sitting in the waiting area chair for for a long period time, definitely not the best. Im sure most parent/guardian would prefer waiting in a more comfortable place or let their child be more comfortable while they are under the weather. My daughter has a sport injuries,, we figured they will need X-ray They could have speed up the process by have her take an X-ray first and have us come back when they text/call us instead of us sitting in the waiting room or the exam room. Poor management and time controlling, Urgent care should be quick not hours like the hospital. This is not the first time happened to us at this location and they should really work on management.

I m here with my son he might sprained his ankle or fractured . We waited 2 hrs in the waiting room when I have appointment scheduled on line . After taking in the room another 30 min .x-ray tech told us one patient ahead she will come back after nurse practitioner will see my son she will take him for the c-ray . After waiting for 30 min I went outside from the room to ask how long the same X-ray tech told me 2 more pt ahead of us n Nurse practitioner is with another pt she is behind. I requested that I have early morning work so another lady at desk I believe she is medical Assistant she said wait patiently or . We r waiting still and its 11:00 x-ray tech came n told some technical difficulties so X-ray cant uploaded in the system so she has to redo n upload then nurse practitioner will come after she review x-ray another 15-30 min . We r done at 11:20. Getting very disappointed. May be not coming back here.

I was told by my daughter's pediatrician to go to the PM Pediatric Urgent Care in North Brunswick (since it was the only one still open) to get her checked properly for a concussion. I filled out the forms, followed the protocols, and waited for the doctor. Dr. Anas Al Turki did not even examine my daughter and he refused to fill out the school's concussion protocol forms . When I asked if he was a pediatrician, he hesitated, as if he did not know whether he was a pediatrician or not. It was a waste of my time and my insurance. My daughter did not get diagnosed for a concussion, nor was she cleared for competing in sports. He seemed concerned about filling out the papers evaluating my daughter's condition despite this being a pediatric office. If I could, I would give him 0 stars.

About
PM Pediatric Urgent Care
PM Pediatric Care came to life in 2005, when Dr. Jeffrey Schor and Steven Katz - college roommates who went on to pursue careers in medicine and business - wanted to create an alternative to the emergency department and a friendly environment designed exclusively for children and young adults. Since then, PM Pediatric Care has expanded across the country with the mission to improve healthcare access, quality, and service. To date, we have seen over 4 million patients, treating everything from asthma attacks to sports injuries.
