This is possibly the worst office in the world. I wish I could give negative stars. You are unable to get any information from anyone on the phone or in person and they lose your documents. In person - you have to go in and take a ticket number. It does not matter if you arrive early since they don't go in order of the numbers and you could possibly be there all day even if you show up first to the office. There are 26 windows but only 2 or 3 that are operating at a time. The security officer can't give you any information and you have to wait in line to even ask one question. There are not enough seats available so most people are standing. They won't give an appointment for most situations so you have no choice but to come to the office and wait. Phone - The assigned agent to you will not pick up and will not call you back. Supervisors also don't call you back and the only way to talk to someone is the general operator who doesn't have all the information you need. Documents - Do not trust them with your documents. They lose them and don't have any tracking system of where they are. Nothing is organized so they can't check your history and they don't tell you that they are waiting for more documents. You have to keep calling the operator for more information. Be wary if you go this office and be prepared with copies of everything because you don't want to have to come back.

Very rude and inconsiderate make you feel like you being rushed. I understand the lobby full but they need to have a little patience the same way we have patience waiting on them and the number call should be in an order because no way 6 people before me should be in and out before me. Just call the numbers in order so people can know how long their wait is, oh when you call the phone to main office they are rude. The lady got so smart with me when I called to verify my information that was needed. They been saying they was going to send me something in the mail for 3 months straight they said it in December and here we are in march going to April still havent received anything
