My wife went through a procedure under dr. Lily bayat 3 weeks ago. We were told results will be available in 24 hours. Its been three weeks and multiple calls, still no results. Escalated the issue, dr. Matthews called back and started to defend her folks. She did not care of my wifes plight and mental stress rather defended her doctors to be on vacation for one week. What about the other two weeks sitting on the results. The staff members here are shameless including Matthews what not keeping patient first priority. She even told me to eacalate rather than fixing the problem and hung up. I am loss of words as all the people my wife has spoken are woman and not caring at all. What happened to humanity and oath of serving patients. Shame on all of them. I will be escalating this to the medical board. Anyone else who have or going through this behavior, please please complain to medical boar and write to their supervisor dr. Mark Sauer. A very sad day for our family.

Dr. Matthews is a caring, sweet, down to earth doctor who made me feel so so comfortable in the most uncomfortable and traumatic situation of my life. She was so reassuring and a true saint to do what she does. She truly was an angel sent to me.
