Having spent 8 years at Rose Mountain, I can wholeheartedly declare it as the ultimate haven. The level of care bestowed upon patients surpasses all expectations. I enthusiastically endorse Rose Mountain Care Center to anyone and everyone.

They have a history of public health risks, safety concerns, infections and is known for having an infestation of roaches and mice. The director of nursing is unprofessional. The administrator is money hungry. The social worker does not advocate for patients right. It needs to be shut down, AGAIN as theyve changed names/ownership multiple times. It runs more like a homeless shelter. They serve stale out the box/can pizza and hamburgers. They cant keep a steady custodian, dietician, nurse/cna so theyre always understaff or hiring any lazy, rude candidate off the streets. The 5 star reviews are written by staff, management and partners and are used as a tactic to hide the truth. Their complaints, fines and violations are as long as a jail sentence because that is exactly how they run this low quality, privately own, for profit family ran facility.
