    10pm Closing time is advertised everywhere but girl I just talked when i called said they actually shut down everything an hour before. Failed to tell me i wouldn't be able to order delivery when I had called earlier either. Update on this review: 6 months later. Google maps still shows a 10pm closing time and the place is lights out at 9pm. Owner clearly doesnt care about the business to stay later to see if his employees are closing on time....

    I have been here a couple of times. I want to give them 5 star but in my opinion following things would get a 5 star. I am one of those if I do get a chance to go to a place again, I update my reviews. So guys, I have faith over course, you will have me make the review 5 star. (1) Fries with salt - good taste but they are not always the same. Some are darker than others and some are fresh but the other are not. In the same sitting and same order, one person's fries can be different than the other person at the table. (2) The prices for just the burger is expensive. I understand its kosher/halal beef but you have to put cheese in every burger and like the other reviewer said, you have to make sure the bun and the burger is hot. Add the burger with other items as someone mentioned the smaller size of patty but in my opinion the patty is perfect size, but for the price you have to add more please. (3) The warmth of the people serving needs to be tuned. Which is what someone else mentioned. I would say the server or person at the cashier need to be more chirpy, upbeat, alive and you guys should have some Burger IM spirit ( you know what I mean), but anyhow there is something lacking. What I am trying to say is that one should not get a warm feeling when ordering old beef burgers from Five Guys and not get it when ordering fresh tasty burgers from Burger IM. You guys need to have the staff and others watch some videos on YouTube and develop your Burger IM style and funk. You know what I mean. Besides, all my sincere and honest input above, you guys are doing a great job. I wish you all of luck and if in my travels I come here again, I will surely give you guys a chance.

I do appreciate your feedback greatly and I'm very sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused you. There was definitely a breakdown on instructions from my staff and I will address that with our team. I just want to give you more of a rational explanation on what happened so we can be clear. I instructed my team to close the restaurant 9:30/45 the latest because several of them have finals the very next day. I wanted them to get a good night sleep since it takes easily well over an hour and half to breakdown the back. I'm here every single day until Jan 1st from 9-6 and you can ask for me,Robert, and Ill make sure to make your meal as you wanted at a special discount for the inconvenience this might have caused you. I hope we will see you soon.

Hi Kim., I’m grateful that you gave us a tried ...I sincerely apologize for your experience...we strive to deliver the absolute best in both experience and food., I’m sorry if we failed you today...please if you can Saturday come in between 11-5., lunch or dinner will be on us...I will talk to our team about your experienceHi Kim again: my team explained everything to me...you ordered one of our speciality salmon burgers ., the burger is extremely delicate and while going through our broiler it fell apart so we had to do another one...we can’t give you a bad product so if this explains anything I hope it does ...it normally takes 7 minutes for most orders since we are gourmet but I hope this explains some things ., have a great day
