We had an appointment with Michael Robinson to tour Scarlet Place. He gave us a ton of his time and explained the whole buying process in detail. We got to see each model home and learned a lot. Meeting with him was a pleasure and an overall fun experience.

Pulse Homes brings new construction townhomes to a prime location near Rutgers in New Brunswick! I recently visited Scarlet Place with my agent ANUPALI SHAH and met Michael from Pulte Homes. He was incredibly helpful and gave us a great overview of all the models they have to offer. We were particularly impressed with the Greenwich and Murray townhomes, which offer plenty of space and modern finishes. Michael also showed us all three model homes, which was really helpful in making our decision about buying here. We were also excited to learn that Pulte Homes has partnered with Vermalla next door, which is building rental townhomes with amazing amenities. As Scarlet Place homeowners, we'll be able to access these amenities for just $70 per month! Overall, we were very impressed with Scarlet Place and Pulte Homes. The location is perfect, the homes are beautiful, and the amenities are top-notch. We would highly recommend checking out Scarlet Place if you're looking for a new home in New Brunswick!
