Kathy Is the biggest self loathing- to much sun-having rude, miserable employee of all time - this clinic is nothing more than a scam on the welfare system and Medicaid + Medicare

The tech opened and left out the door while I was putting my clothes together and closed my sample out of staff and my view. So this must be condoned here by staff because her reply " I'm sorry I made you uncomfortable" if the shoe was on the other foot. They aren't listed as any accredited place period.

Love these reviews. Sounds like Paterson Counseling in the 80- 90s. Lines went around the.block. Just as many dealers on main st, as ppl waiting to get in to dose. Counseling was just a silly policy they were mandated to have." Us versus them" mentality was the norm. Not familiar with this place ,but I'm 66 yrs old now & in south jersey at a clinic in Brick. Monthly take homes. Only 400 ppl. Medicare pays. It's all good so far. These places vary, move on if you can. Don't wait 30 years like I did Good luck my brothers & sisters

ORIGIN POST (May '23): The staff miscommunicates information to patients consistently. Even if you follow the rules and are compliant they still cancel appts, stall you on take home bottles, and place you in mandatory groups where other patients are falling asleep or ignoring the rules when you are abiding them. The worst part, when you receive take home bottles, they will take them away suddenly for concerns the patient was NEVER made aware of (see update), and it's always the staff's word against the patient's word. Even if you can prove that staff was wrong, it doesn't matter; the patient suffers the consequences. UPDATE (Sept '23): Changes to rules & regulations can be done with NO NOTICE to the patient; which can adversely affect the patient. Please be aware that you must abstain from ALL drugs AND alcohol, no matter what you are being treated for. When patients that were not being treated for alcohol abuse, occasionally had a glass of wine, and would only need to go to NBCC twice a month, then would be told at their visit they would not receive take home bottles and would need to come everyday starting immediately; this would make any patient upset, as well as disrupt their daily life. This change had started a few months ago, but yet, patients are still NOT being advised of this change; at this time, assume the issue has still not been addressed by the facility.

Every employee has taught me so much about myself and how to reach out for help. I have been listening to all the complaints about everyone who works there but never hear anything about clients' behaviors. We have to want to put in the work in order to get well. These folks are here to guide us to get us clean/sober. As for the money issues, how is the clinic supposed to run? It's been my experience over the last 11 yrs that the help is here for the asking. We never complained about the craziness the dealers put us through and rudeness??? This is just one RECOVERING addict's opinion though. We're all here for different reasons.
