Online and at the door, this location had posted that their closing time was 5:00PM. I arrived at 3:45 and was told that their hours were until 4:00 “because of the pandemic” and that I would not be seen even when I explained I had just come from work and wouldn’t be able to get there any earlier. I requested again to be seen because I had arrived within their business hours and I was getting blood work taken that had been ordered by an RWJ physician and would prefer to do it there, and the woman rudely told me that I could go to any quest or lab Corp location (whose hours are even more restrictive). As a healthcare worker myself, I am appalled by this disgraceful level of patient care and blatant laziness. I would not recommend this location to anyone who wishes to be treated with common courtesy and respect.
