Well, 1 star out 5 tell a lot. Only 10 reviews, FANTASTIC. Thieves, scammers, and I the list go on. I made a claim for a water and they sent another thieves company, Kintex Plumbing in Houston Texas. Kintex tried to Charme $950 extra for some modifications to install my new water heater. I've I called Choice and they didn't do anything about it. They were always on the side of the Kintex. They were I was waiting for any solution and they didn't do anything. After a week I paid another company to install my water heater. I've I paid a little more than 1k for it. They installed the same day. I was about to close my account because this company don't have any principles. When a case manager Tanya told me to send the other company invoice. I sent it and they denied it as well. Don't do business with this company they are scammers. I will report this company to Business Bureau Administration, Consumer protection and any other entities who protect customers. They will remember my name.

Do not use Choice Home Warranty. We had a water filter break and release all the tiny little filter beads into the main water line running into the house. As a result it clogged the water heater, washing machine and 2 faucets. The plumber Choice Home Warranty wasn't available for 2 weeks. And was over a two hour drive away. We called back and asked if there was another option. They said we could hire our own and get reimbursed. So we chose Mr Rooter based out of our own town. They came and bypassed the broken filter and replaced the hot water heater. It cost me $2600. Choice Home Warranty would only reimburse me $1052.00. They used their own internal pricing for all reimbursements. We will be changing to 2-10 or First American Home Warranty

This is a sham company who work to deny claims, get your money and put you through so many hoops that you end up paying out of pocket to get off the merry go round of extra work, and contractors who are bottom barrel...they should be put out of business

Completely horrible experience with this company. Cannpt recommend even if there is no other company servicing your area. They are horrible. They just take your money and do as little as they can possibly get away with or NOTHING at all! Do not sign up with them no matter what they promise you!

Microwave broke on Dec 13th, 2023. They have made and broken FIVE APPOINTMENTS. The way it works is they say their appointment window is 8AM to 5PM. Then they refine the time on their app. However, it keeps moving later and later, until you get a new text message saying you have been rescheduled for a day about a week later. You have spent the ENTIRE day waiting for the person to show up, but they never do. They have built a wall around the ability to talk to somebody. I have sent over twenty notes on their websites, and all they do is say is that you are scheduled for another day, and wait until they do not show up. Then the system reschedules you and you still not get the repair.
