        The literal WORST customer service Ive ever experienced! 1.5+ hour wait to get someone on the phone and thrown right back on hold rudely so they can finish their lunch. Even more ridiculous that cases are prioritized by placing the father/mother of your children on child support. Crazy, such a shame this is type of service is provided to families in need like theyre not important.
