I used to go to the Branch in Evansville IN and when they closed I really missed it. I have kept up with my account and started saving for my adopted daughter's future. I usually put in 50$ a week so hopefully, she will have a college fund when the time comes.

The worst bank I've owned. Full of control freaks, I have no freedom in this bank without an issue. To the simple task, like purchasing Nintendo Online, this bank will say "Fraud" and will hold your account. On another thing, they're so slow to adapt newer trends like Google Pay, and Apple Pay till recently. Custom service also sucks, I'm trying to regain access to my account online but it's linked to my phone number, and there's of them can do nothing about it. I'm taking out all money to a better bank that suits my needs.

I have been a member of the BMSFCU for over 20 years. The support that you got from the team is incredible. I highly recommend becoming a member of the BMSFCU.

Great service and friendly staff. I'm on my 4th auto loan with BMSFCU and every-time it easy and I had a check within a couple of days. It's really great to be able to speak to a live person when I call with questions, customer service is A++
