Doctor Ziemba and her staff are friendly, knowledgable, and professional. The practice accommodates for patients and works swiftly, never wasting time. I would recommend Dr. Ziemba or Dr. Zhu for any issues in a heartbeat.

If you are looking to get scammed out of your hard earned money, by all means, there is no dentist better than this one. While the dentist herself may be knowledgeable (somewhat doubtful) and pleasant (fake), the business practices of this dentist are disgusting and unfair. To begin with, I did not need to have as much work done as this dentist suggested (two subsequent dentists confirmed this). However, I did receive treatment twice at the practice for a cleaning and a couple of fillings. Despite presenting my insurance information BEFORE scheduling any appointments and being assured that they accept it as in-network, I was notified AFTER the treatments that the provider is not in service with the insurance company. Again, I confirmed her participation BOTH with the office staff and my insurance provider. Somehow a few weeks later, they are no longer in network and begin billing me for over $1K. Having already made payments at the time of my visits as they suggested BASED on insurance coverage, I asked them to work with the insurance for payments, as it felt unfair to bill me when they told me they are in network. I was disgusted with the entire practice and took my business elsewhere. This was 2 years ago. I have not heard from them since 2021 UNTIL two weeks ago, when, without even so much as giving me notice, they charged my debit card (NEVER use debit cards in medical offices) for the entire amount of over 1000K. And of course there is nothing I can do to dispute this with my bank as I did sign an authorization to use the card when I made payments in the office. Let my bad luck be a lesson to you ----stay away from this practice unless you are looking to get scammed. Horrible people, one and all!
