I had to deal with shantay the other day and she was extremely condescending and rude! Honestly probably wont come back to this branch because of her.

Shantay did a terrible job at cutting my hair. I asked for layers and to keep my length the same and she chopped my hair off. I'm very devastated. What a waste of my money and time. Very unprofessional

Will no longer be shopping at this Ulta or any other! I was in the store today with my daughter and she chose a beauty sample bag that was in the wrong place and we thought it was on sale. When I got to the register I was asked if I wanted to sign up for their rewards program and I did not. Once she scanned the item I realized that the price was wrong. They refused to issue a refund because I had not signed up. I've returned items there before without signing up. I never even left the store-they had the receipt in their hands and still could not or would not issue the refund bc my phone number was not in their system. What kind of customer service is that?! They made the mistake by having a product in the wrong spot and now I have no choice but to share my information with them if I want a return. I ultimately left the store and just ended up paying for what I didn't want bc on principle I do not feel I should be made to give out my private information if I don't want to. DO BETTER ULTA! This is a horrible policy! Moral of the story- lie about your phone number or shop somewhere else.
