Mix feelings about this particular establishment. The initial process was a breeze but that's because they were excepting our money. Durning the walk through we were told that the clubhouse would be clean for use. I specifically asked would the conference table be removed from the room for the event. The day of arrival they were not prepared for us. They had us booked for the wrong date we had to wait for approval to open for set up . So that took a 1/2 hour to 45 mins off of the set. The conference table was still in the middle of the floor a broken street sign and 2 dead potted poinsettias in the middle of the floor a heavy latter that all had to be removed because maintenance never came when called to remove these things delaying set up. Why we as customers movingnthis things. The kitchenette was not clean fried rice on table and dirty bowl in sink. We did not get are deposit back with the claims of we scuffed the floor moving conference table, again we shouldnt have had to move anything. tape was left on a small area of the wall however the tape was gift wrapping tape we missed the spot. We spent time look for brooms and mops which we we told they would be available.. securiry rushed us out. They complained about us leaving 1/2 to 45 mins late. However we left no garbage on the premises all garbage was haul to dumpsters by putting in our cars. They make seem as if we left the place a total mess. I feel like the pettiness on their behalf was just to keep the deposit. To keep the deposit when so many things were not in place on their behalf is terrible customer service. Our fail was not taking pictures before and after.

Horrible place to live in first the apartment down stairs smokes like a chimney never stops cant sleep with the smell coming up thru the vents.I have already notified the front office and they told me they could not do anything at the moment.I wouldnt be surprised if I get cancer off this second hand smoke. Second they have too many water pipe issues this past Christmas we didnt have water at all until next following day and to top it off the same happen on New Years Eve.

This place has mice roaches and bedbugs everything is outdated and they dont do anything about it just to start smh

New management kinda sucks the things they do feel targeted. Before you movie in ask for the community rules, youll see children but the community is not as kid friendly as theyd lead you to believe. The community is surrounded by 2 low income housing projects which plays a huge roll in the crowds that gather in this community.
