THEY WERE DISHONEST AND IRRESPONSIBLE. I took my truck on several occasions, due to time and tools I only do simple repairs myself, with more complex things I went to this workshop, my last experience was unpleasant, I took them to change the alternator and they charged me dearly but due to the complexity of the work OK, my surprise was that they delayed delivery and then they called me to tell me that I had to spend $200 more because I had to change my radiator which was in perfect condition, my car had no heating or coolant leak or anything, they tried to trick me into telling me that it had a leak, knowing my car and having knowledge of mechanics, I knew that an accident happened to it and it was damaged, but in order not to lose profits or money, the owner of the workshop did not recognize his responsibility and told me that I should buy it and that They did not charge me for installation, when it was a mistake or damage caused by their employees, I asked them to give me the alternator that they removed and they told me that I left it at autozone, that is, let them lower or discount the sale price, or give it money for that and on top of that he charged me dearly and did not recognize what I spent on the new radiator, my car uses red coolant and they put green coolant in it, I asked to show my old radiator and he thought about it, when I checked it I saw that they had broken one of the plastic shots, I feel cheated and deceived by the dishonesty and what they did in my case, I don't even want to think about what they will do with those who do not have knowledge of the subject or with the women who are the ones who tend to deceive the most. This was my last time I took my car to that place Azteca Auto Repair. The owner was dishonest, he was not responsible for the damage they caused me or the inconveniences that arose from having the truck for almost a week due to damage caused. for them.
