Not a good experience, we basically got stood up after one visit. Made several calls back. It took average of two or three calls to get call back. Eventually I gave up trying to get someone out again. In fairness the time people showed up, they seemed competent. We had to call another company to finish our job. 11/1 UPDATE: I don't wish to keep this going for no good reason, but no one showed up, that we saw, for a "free" follow up and no one called as promised. Had they come they'd have seen the same issue. The problem still existed when the second company came out and called PSE&G on our behalf, over a week after your "Free" visit was scheduled
