My rent was increased by nearly 10% in a year, which is so unreasonable. Dont move here! The property manager will raise your rent next year sharply to force you to accept it, otherwise you have to move to other places.

Elizabeth the office manager is amazing very friendly and helpful. When I had issues with my portal and minor repairs to my apartment, she quickly address each and every concern and got all of my concerns taken care of immediately. I highly recommend Elizabeth!

Well I reviewed this place with a 5 star rating a couple of years ago. It's not the same experience staying there for this period of time. The manager doesn't exist here. She never have picked phone calls and has been lethargic replying to emails. The only hope was the maintenance people. They were there for us 24/7. Wish these two people could be the managers. Recently, we have noticed some suspicious activities. We found an ID card inside our locked home. We informed the police and are happy that we no longer live here.

Thank you for the photos and everyone who worked diligently to pull the event together. My husband was there and was kind enough to bring me dessert. I could not make it, but thank you for sharing the photos. I really enjoyed the popsicles. The flavors were great! Looking forward to the next community gathering.
