Francisco was easy to work with, gave me an estimate and provided me with multiple options for roof shingles. As promised job was completed in one day. I would highly recommend this company for roof replacement.

Communication was easy and fast. Came on time. Price was good, what we agreed to , no extras. It has been 2 weeks of rain and Ice so far no problems. When roof was finished all area around the house was left clean of construction material. Overall happy with everything.

Jose and his team are amazing. If you need your roof done I highly recommend using five stars quality construction. I spoke to atleast 12 other companies to get my roof done and none of them even compare.
The job was amazing, the insurance they provide on your roof you cannot find anywhere. They were fast and thorough.
I 1000% recommend five stars quality construction. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Had roof installation on 6/18/21
So far, I am very satisfied.
I live in a development with approx. 86 houses, all built during a 3 year period between 1995 and 1998, so we're all beginning to hit the roof replacement need. Last year some of my neighbors began to replace their roofs and I noticed that many of them were using Five Stars. I watched their crews as they worked on several houses in my immediate vicinity and liked the way they performed as well as the way the finished roof looked.
I wound up contracting with them as well.
- very professional
- the instillation crew was very well coordinated and efficient
- 95% of the work was completed in 1 day
- they did a great job cleaning up afterwards
If 1 year from now I have no problems with my new roof I will add the 5th Star to my rating !
UPDATE:
I should have posted this update quite a while ago, but I never got to it.
I am lowering my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars and here's why:
The day after my job was completed, I noticed that my attic fan had not been reconnected after having been removed to replace the roof. I called Francisco (the owner of 5 Stars) and told him.
For the next 2 MONTHS, he strung me along, repeatedly promising me that he would stop by and take care of it. He made appointments with me 5 times and never showed up for any of them. He also never called or texted me to let me know that he wouldn't be coming. He wore me down with unfulfilled promises until I finally gave up. He never took care of it. Service: Roof installation
