Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I've left reviews on Valvoline before. All of the people commenting abou the price...it's inflation and everywhere has gone up. I like Valvoline for the reason of being able to just stay in my car and not have to worry about it being held up for 2 hours ect. The guys were plenty nice here at this location, everyone is just trying to make a living like everyone else. Justin was the guy who helped me and also helped me reset my dashboard lights to assure my oil change sensor went off. I was shocked to see so many bad reviews here. People need to relax. Kindness goes a long way.

they spill oil over my engine cause it to smoke and had a problem, pulling the plug back on the oil pan and being rude about it not a place to go

Drive-through setup is good. Was done within a few minutes. Friendly staff.

Could not have been more pleased with the service I received on my 2023 Subaru Outback. Very professional and explained in detail what their technicians were doing checking all the systems on my vechicle. I will definitely go back next service I need.

10/2023: Pulled into Valvoline for the first time for a quick oil change at 47k miles. $288 appeared on the screen without inspecting or touching the vehicle. But why, because the employee was taking advantage of a Merchant Fleet vehicle. Lets see how bad this will get. I did not ask to have the rear differential oil changed, $100+, nor was it checked. No 18 point inspection completed as advertised. Battery was not checked. Tire pressure was not checked. All the notes added on the service were not checked and just made up. Quick service with a poor car wash included. Instead of trying to upsell and take advantage of service, why not try and build a quality business with a loyal customer base? Lots of potential here but poorly operated. Use caution here.
