        I would give this place zero stars if I could. My husband and I both ate chicken from LA Rosa and now have absolute worst cases of food poisoning I have ever seen. Do not order from them or you will be vomiting and sitting on the toilet in extreme pain for hours and hours.

        They will charge you 15% for a tip when you order online unless you scroll to the bottom and change it. Pretty slick move to steal money from people Ill give them that. But definitely lost my business after sending 2 complaints on and nobody ever got back.

      Hi Cody, at no point is the default tip set to 15%. Neither for takeout nor for delivery at any of our locations. Tips are a choice for the customer and by default is set to 0 at all our locations. If there has been an error when you placed an order, you can mail [email protected] to help you.
