Levi’s Outlet Store

Horrible experience! The two associates working were unbelievably nasty and seemed as if they didnt want to be there. I asked for a fitting room and the young lady seemed bothered by that. Ill be shopping elsewhere. All in all, a horrible customer service experience.

Went in for a single item, got in line and waited nearly 10 minutes. Customer in front of me handed the employee a phone (presumably the employees) and then I was asked are you in line. There was now a line of something like 10 people who all got to the checkout area after me, but I was told Id have to go behind them. Wont be returning.

The arrogance, rudeness and indifference of this store's employees is mind-boggling, so much that it compelled me to draft a 2 page email to their CEO Mr. Chip Bergh but I held on sending it because I do not believe it would have made any difference at all. The employees don't just need a re-training but a complete overhaul in their attitude and behavior. I have made 4 visits to the store so far and the experience was just the same each time so I figured it was not a one time coincidence but a culture in this store. So I decided to protest with my money and gave my business to the American Eagle store in the same mall to make my purchase of 6 jean pants whose customer service was so pleasing and in sharp contrast with these people. They lost me, my family and my friends' business forever. Never going again. Absolutely despicable!
