        BEWARE AND DON"T GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!! I tried to call the number listed and it's a predatory phone number. They said it's for a "certificate" and want your information, but when you ask if it's an apartment complex, they just hang up on you.

        My friend lives here and says they turn off the heat at night even when it's flurrying outside and ive felt it first hand came over at 7 45 a.m no heat coming out of the cheap old forced hot air radiators stayed in my jacket the heat didn't start working until 10 am
