I made contact with Ameritech through Angis list while searching for solutions for my metal/shingled roof. I am very thankful I did. Shawn spoke with me to understand my concerns, then spent a significant amount of time completing a thorough investigation of my homes condition. He was determined to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my house. And it was clear that I did not start with enough information. He treated my home as his own, took countless photos and spent time educating me on the conditions he found. It turned out that I have to work with the city due to historical restrictions before I can move forward. So Shawn did all this without any contracted work in place. His intent was clearly to make sure I made the best choice and I didnt waste money or get led astray. And I am thankful he has offered to remain a resource for me going forward and I hope to work with in the future. I look forward to the chance to recommend him to others to pay forward what Ameritech provided to me.
