Atlantic AdvancED Urgent Care

As others have experienced this place will bill you a large amount for a 5-minute appointment, say they are looking into the bill when you complain, and then send you to collections. We took our son there for trouble breathing and they saw him for 5 minutes and then sent us to the ER. Our bill was nearly $400 and the code was a 90-minute appointment. We got it changed to a 60-minute appointment even though we were not there nearly that long, but the next bill was the same amount anyway. We have gone back and forth with them for a year and a half. They are mis-coding appointments on purpose to get more money from patients. This must be illegal. Avoid this place!

I brought my daughter (16 years old) there to been seen / treated and the entire staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Dr. Trochym was a complete professional and made my daughter feel comfortable and explained everything calmly and in a manner she could understand. The nurses were warm and friendly as well. This is the number one Urgent Care I will always use for my family.

I can't say enough positive things about this facility. Everyone from the front desk to all the doctors, nurses, etc... were amazing. They were thorough and took the time to explain everything. I appreciate all that they did and would highly recommend.

I was able to have a Sunday morning walk in, and the staff/nurses were efficient. They have an x-ray machine. They are in the my chart app. It was helpful, until I could be diagnosed by a specialist doctor early in the week.

I hightly recommand this Upgent Care. I hope you never need an urget care but in case if you need one, please consider this care center first. Good loaction, easy parking/access to the care center, lots room inside the care center, clean and professional staffs. PN "Lisa Shindle" is way better than a doctor, very details, lots of patience, she is my Agel for sure.
