I'm surprised that anyone would go to one of these large banks to get a mortgage while LoFiDirect is here. not only a much better rate than a large bank, but a way much better customer support, the entire team was so supportive and reacted fast to changes that came along, Craig and Kyle support in particular were excellent, these guys worked hard to secure my rate and answered all my questions on timely fashion, very highly recommended.

This was my first time buying a home, and as a single mom with limited time and Craig and his team made this so incredibly easy for me. Buying a home is typically the most stressful thing ever, and he was so reassuring, and so easy to get in touch with and answer any questions I had at a moments notice. Craig is so knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and Patient. I will recommend Craig to EVERYONE I know, and do all future dealings with him 10 times over. Craig even sat at the closing table and helped me occupy my 2 year old Daughter, she loved him!! You will not go wrong with Craig, he is AMAZING.
