Flowers By Elizabeth

I ordered this beautiful floral arrangement for my wife's birthday, and had it delivered to her at work. Her being a former florist for 20 years, she loved the loves it and raved about how well it was put together... clearly by a extremely talented designer. Of course she hinted and being excited for and delivery from Flowers by Elizabeth, and reminded me I need not wait for only special occasions ;)

I ordered flowers from flowers by Elizabeth for my mother to be delivered on Tuesday, the day after my father passed away. They were hand delivered in a dry vase, the person handed them to my mother and said you need to put water in here, and walked away, without any other comments. They should have been in water, or wrapped in damp paper or something to keep the flowers viable. By Thursday night they were already dying. When I tried to call them to ask about this, I couldnt get anyone on the phone because they dont answer their phone, and their mailbox is full.

I was delivered the incorrect flowers and couldnt call and there is no one at the store front. I tried to contact them via Twitter and Facebook and I couldn't send a message. I would not recommend this florist.

Ordered birthday flowers online January 12 to be delivered today January 14 in the am. Received an email confirmation. NO FLOWERS!!! Dont answer phone, vm is full and no reply email. Great way to do business. Thank you very much. I should have read the recent reviews
