What a gorgeous building to be so empty. The rudest front desk people EVER. The guy they sent me to was clueless and just looked at me with no answers. Dont be open on a Saturday if you have no staff. Train your staff better and pretend to care. This place is a joke.

Good morning I walked into the back and it was about a ten min Wait for someone then I was helped by Zachary Gaines he treated me with respect ,courtesy ,very honest and he went above and beyond to help me solve my account problems he made sure that I was taken care of with great customer services and as well as the branch manger Charles he came over greeted me shook my hand and told me if I need anything to just ask him or Patrick .great great bank and customer service ask for Zachary or the branch manger Charles

As I walked into the bank I was rudely denied service even though I have an account with Chase bank. I asked for her name and she threw her name tag at me. I will be closing my account and will be in the process of getting Shirley fired. As a valued customer you would think they would want to help but this lady refused to work for no reason at all.
