Mavis Discount Tire

Great service very efficient, courteous and clean. The professionals communicated with me throughout the process. I felt comfortable with everything I didn't feel cheated or scammed. I recommend Mavis discount tires to anyone.

Went to Mavis to get 4 new tires. I pulled up around 8:50am (store opens at 9) and 2 employees were out back smoking. I wasnt sure where to go so I said excuse me figured they didnt hear me so I said it louder, 1 male and 1 female employee looked back at me quickly put their cigs out and went back inside and closed the gate. I was super frustrated but decided to just call my husband bc I already knew what kind of service I was going to get. After multiple phone calls trying to sell us stuff we came back to pick up my car, I waited in the waiting area with my toddler for my car to be done, multiple employees came out but not one even acknowledged that we were there. Finally a man asked if we were dropping off. I pointed to my car, as he was walking back in I overhear an employee walk up to the tech working on my car and he says your using the wrong size the employee walks over and gives the employee a different tool. Once I do get my car the low tire pressure light is on. I get out of the car and go up to the employee to tell him and he says once I drive around the light will turn off. 5 hours later Im driving on the highway and my car begins to shake uncontrollably. I get off my exit and turns out there is another mavis. Thankfully the Mavis in Cherry Hill was able to fix the issue, apparently the tires were never balanced and then informed me that the tire pressure sensor was broken. At this point I was incredibly mad and I was in a rush so they told me that I could come in the next day and they would fix the sensor for me.

Lawrence helped me out when i found a nail in my tire today and they were able to fix it right away. Quick and efficient!

I had a pleasant experience under the assistance of Lawerence. He was very helpful in-spite of it being busy, they fixed my tire and got me in and out, in reasonable timing. Ask for Lawerence at your next visit!!
