    Been trying to make an appointment for an oil change and a new battery, called and left 4 messages with no call back and the receptionist paged service and no answer . Never had this issue with them before but I think I need a new place for my vehicle service.

    My sales associate Julz was very wonderful thought my process of getting my new car. He was very patient & asked all of my questions. Also Dean the manager was very polite 7 helped out when needed. This place was wonderful I will definitely be referring people to Mt Ephraim! Edit 2/6: This office is very disorganized, calling & texting trying to get information where & why my tags haven't come yet & that I've been riding around for 2 months with a temp tag that expired in December. Otherwise, the car runs pretty good & no issues there. Just a problem trying to get a hold of someone to figure out where my tags are.

    I am only giving 1 star because I never heard back from my sales person, whose name I will not put on here publicly out of respect because they were very respectful and understanding. I first went on December 8th with the intention of purchasing a brand new 2024 Ram 1500 Big horn. Unfortunately, I didn't know how badly used car prices had plummeted and was over under on my trade way too much. They tried to convince me to lease the vehicle multiple times, and I respectfully told them no, I am not interested in leasing the vehicle. I told them I'd rather wait until I fixed the negative equity on my trade and try again later. I almost gave up getting myself a new car at first, but my salesperson sent me a few pictures on December 15th of a lightly used 2022 Ram 1500 lease that had just been turned in, and it was in very good condition. I was told, "I would get a deal that would blow my socks off." I sent a follow-up text message asking what the price was, and I never heard back. We are now on the 24th of December, and I have yet to hear back. I looked on their website later that day, and the vehicle was on the website with all the pictures, and I was not blow away by the price. Update: So, I received a follow-up text message from my sales person finally on the 26th of December. I respectfully told them that I am no longer in the market for a vehicle and that I would wait. They told me that I should stop by again because they had "bonus coupons" that they needed to use by the end of the month and that it could help fill the gap in my negative equity. When I asked what kind of coupons they were, I couldn't get an answer. Since they couldn't tell me what kind of coupons they were, I decided to tell them I wouldn't go back down and waste my time and be back in the same scenario as the first time. After that, the salesperson again mentioned that I should lease the truck instead of finance it after telling them multiple times that I don't want to lease, I would rather wait it out and fix my negative equity. I was going to delete this post because my salesperson got back to me. I am now leaving it because I want people to know the experience I had with this dealership. Everything with this dealer was good. At first, they were very respectful, understanding, and honest and even tried to save me as much money as possible. Now my option has changed, the fact that I had to tell them multiple times that I did not want to lease and that they continued to bring it up instead of respecting my decision to just wait shows a lack of respect and understanding.
