        Im wondering whats going on? They usually have someone pick up the phone -Ben and DEBBIE were great. Ive been calling for over a week with no reply. Is this place still open?. I read a recent review that said, maybe the same staff staff are no longer there? If someone reads this review, please give me a call back. I need to add a condo to my insurance plan. Thanks!

        THIS IS NO LONGER THE SAME GOOD PEOPLE! WORLD INSURANCE HAS TAKEN OVER, THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER CARE. BE ADVISED DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE DIRT BAGS. ONCE THEY GET YOU LOCKED IN YOU WILL HAVE NO ONE TO SERVICE YOUR ACCOUNT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

        They dont ever answer the phone. My mortgage company has been trying to contact them for months with no reply. My insurance has now been cancelled because of their laziness. I had two policies with them, both will do to someone else. I will never tide this company again!!
