        After our a/c system went belly up 1 month into our home purchase, and mid-heat wave, Scott fit us in on short notice, explained our options and associated price points, leaving to us how much to patch vs overhaul without a hard sell. I ve used a large company for years satisfactorily but they ve never explained things as well or been as conscientious as Scott. He backs up his work with a no b.s. personal warranty so I wont be going back to the corporate folks ever again. He also addressed my wife as an equal vs the usual condescension.         This company is great. They came and gave us options instead of up selling us for their benefit. They were easily available, responded quickly, and worked with us on installation around a new baby. We will absolutely call them as soon as we have any issue with other equipment.
