I worked with Andrew this past weekend and had a wonderful experience. He made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. He also did a nice follow up call after I purchased the vehicle to say thank you.

We were in the market for another used X3 and went back to the Morristown Used Dealership. We ended up dealing with the same individual that had helped us last time we bought there. We found a vehicle that we liked, test drove it and went back to hopefully finalize a deal. After a bit of back and forth we were within $250 of making an agreement when another manager names Omar Sabla started yelling from across the showroom to tell my wife how wrong she was in her approach to closing this transaction. It was rude and uncalled for and he continued to loudly voice his opinion as he approached us. I asked him to remove himself from the situation and he did. However after this intrusion we agreed that we could not move forward with a transaction and left. They have lost a customer that has purchased several new vehicles and one used one over the years.
Not sure how BMW allows for managers like him to speak to repeat and loyal customers in that manner.
