Heartless. After my father passed away, I received a letter from Douglas Collinson. He managed to get my data from somewhere and sent a letter than began I am contacting you because I understand that youve been appointed as the Personal Representative for the estate ofyou do not have to wait until probate to close to sell the property. It was a full page letter using my tragic loss to try and get business for Doug Collinson and KWMetropolitan. The letter concluded stating their #1 Core Value is Provide Value First, but perhaps they should be a bit more sympathetic and care about humans over money. At no point did it offer condolences or sympathy. Because of this letter, I will never use them for any future business and Im glad Ive never used them.
